This policy explains how TruWhole Nutrition LLC ("TruWhole," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit truwholenutrition.com, sign up for our free guide, contact us, or join a plan.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and sign-up details: your name and email address when you request the free 7-Day Reset or send us a message.
- Membership details: name, email, billing address and payment information when you join a plan. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Consultation answers: your goals, food preferences, allergies and other information you give us in your consultation form, which we use to build your menus.
- Program information: goals, food preferences, measurements, progress notes or photos you choose to share through intake forms, trackers or coaching.
- Messages and calls: anything you write to us by email or contact form, and notes your coach keeps from your coaching calls.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site. We may use cookies to keep you logged in to the member portal and to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To deliver the free guide, your plan and member portal access.
- To build your personalized menus from your consultation answers, including excluding recipes that contain your allergens.
- To provide coaching and respond to your questions.
- To send program updates, tips and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and keep records required by law.
- To improve our website, content and programs.
Health-related information
Information you share about your goals, allergies, eating habits or measurements is used only to support your coaching and program experience. We do not sell it, and we limit access to the team members who need it to help you. TruWhole is not a healthcare provider, so this information is not covered by HIPAA, but we treat it as confidential.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email service, member portal platform, scheduling tool, payment processor, and the AI service we use to help build your menus, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a subscriber or member and as needed for legal, tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Turn off cookies in your browser (some portal features may not work without them).
To make a request, email hello@truwholenutrition.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and programs are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the "last updated" date.
