Is this a diet or a medical program?
Neither. TruWhole is a nutrition education and coaching program. We teach you how to eat and move for better health, but we don't diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication, talk to your doctor before you start.
How do my menus handle allergies?
Your consultation asks about allergies and foods you avoid. Any recipe that contains an ingredient you list is removed before your menu is built. Always read ingredient labels too, since packaged foods can change or carry traces of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, involve your doctor in any change to how you eat.
How often do my menus change?
You get a new 5-day menu plan every 5 days, with recipes, portions and a grocery list, all in your member portal.
What does the VIP setup fee cover?
The one-time $149 setup fee covers your kickoff call, where your coach reviews your consultation and sets your goals with you, plus getting your VIP program set up. After that, VIP is $59 a month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel online from your member portal, with no phone call needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. If you cancel within three business days of joining (not counting Sundays and holidays), you get a full refund, including any VIP setup fee. See our terms for details.
Can I upgrade from Standard to VIP?
Yes, you can move up to VIP whenever you're ready.
Do I need a gym or equipment for VIP?
No. The exercise lessons (coming soon) start with movements you can do at home with just your body weight and a mat.
How do I access the program?
Right after you join you'll get a login to the TruWhole member portal. It works in any browser, on your phone or your computer.
