Terms of service

These terms govern your use of truwholenutrition.com and any program, content or coaching offered by TruWhole Nutrition LLC ("TruWhole," "we," "us"). By using the website or joining a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational services only

TruWhole provides nutrition education, coaching and consulting. We do not provide medical, dietetic or psychological treatment. Please read our Health Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join. By joining, you confirm that you have checked with your physician as needed and that you are able to take part in the nutrition and exercise activities in your program.

3. Plans and access

• Plan contents and prices are described on our Plans page at the time you join.
• Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the program content for your own use. You may not share your login, resell, copy or publish our menus, videos, lessons or other materials.
• We may update, improve or replace content over time.
• VIP includes one 30-minute one-on-one coaching call per monthly billing period. Unused calls do not carry over to the next month. To reschedule a call, give at least 24 hours' notice; a call missed without notice counts as used.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically each month until you cancel. By joining, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month at the price shown at checkout. VIP also has a one-time setup fee, charged when you join. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Access may be paused if a payment fails.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Three-business-day right to cancel. You may cancel your membership, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you join, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send a telegram, stating that you are canceling, to TruWhole Nutrition LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #39215, Casper, WY 82609. You may also email hello@truwholenutrition.com to let us know and to stop processing of your payment. We will refund all money you paid, including any VIP setup fee, within 10 days of receiving your notice.
• After that, cancel anytime online from your member portal, or by emailing hello@truwholenutrition.com. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• After the three-business-day period, payments are non-refundable, including monthly fees for partial months and the VIP setup fee, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Conduct

Be respectful on coaching calls and in any member spaces. Do not post medical advice, promote products, harass others or share other members' information. We may end the membership of anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Results

We do not guarantee any particular result, including any amount of weight loss. Your results depend on your own effort, health and circumstances.

8. Personalized menus and allergies

Your menus are built from the information you give us in your consultation, with the help of automated and AI tools. Recipes containing ingredients you list as allergies are excluded, but you remain responsible for reading ingredient labels and checking every food you eat, since packaged foods can change or contain traces of allergens. Keep your consultation answers up to date. If you have a severe allergy or a medical condition, involve your doctor before following any menu.

9. Intellectual property

All website and program content, including text, menus, recipes, videos, graphics and the TruWhole name and logo, belongs to TruWhole or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TruWhole and its owners, coaches and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury or illness arising from your use of our website or programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Assumption of risk and release

You understand that changes in diet and physical activity carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume those risks and release TruWhole from claims arising from your participation, except where the law does not allow such a release.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where TruWhole Nutrition LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
